What are Bonded Retainers?
Teeth can move back after orthodontic treatment, but a bonded wire retainer can hold them in place permanently. Thin, orthodontic wire is bonded to the back of the teeth so they are not visible. They are usually left in place for about twelve months but sometimes longer if there is a concern that the teeth may start to slip back.
